• When will I receive my order?
  If you ordered the ebook, you will have been sent details once your credit card was processed. (Reminder – that charge will appear on your statement from Clickbank.)If you ordered the paperback book, that will be with you in
  7 – 10 days. The books are shipped from either the UK, the US or Australia, depending on where you live.
• I’m having trouble downloading files
  Full instructions for downloading the files are on the download page. Most common errors are forgetting that you need to right-click and save the file on your computer, or forgetting where you saved them to. (I suggest saving everything to your desktop and moving them from there.) You may need to download the free Adobe Reader to access the ebook. Instructions and a link for that are in the download pages.
• There is no sound when I  listen to the MP3 self-hypnosis track
  How annoying! There are several reasons for not having any sound. Here are some troubleshooting ideas:
  • Refresh the page.
  • Re-start your browser, or try a different one.
  • Re-start your computer.
  • Adjust the volume on your computer. Make sure the ‘mute’ box is unchecked, that your speakers are connected and on (if external) and that the sound volume slider is mid-way or higher.
  • Corrupt or missing sound drivers, compatibility issues with your operating system and/or other hardware, or bad or missing sound cards might be at fault. Since I’m a therapist and writer, not a techie, please refer to your computer manual or search online for assistance.
• I would like to request a refund
  Okay. I stand behind my work and have put together everything I know to help YOU stub out the habit. Please don’t give up on yourself by doing this program half-heartedly. It works if you work it. I encourage you to reach a little deeper to find the motivation to change your mind and become a non-smoker before asking for a refund. If you ordered the ebook, a customer support ticket will be created in the ClickBank Customer Support Ticket System. Refunds generally occur within 48 hours.If you are returning the softcover book, it needs to be in pristine condition with no folds, tears, marks, writing, underlining or soup spilled on it. It must also not smell of smoke. Please contact me to make arrangements for a refund and return.
